30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@www.growingupganja.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back using the provided return label.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs.
Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
